Our Story
Skeinly was born from a simple frustration every yarn lover knows: standing in a craft store, staring at a beautiful skein, and thinking "Do I already have this at home?" We built Skeinly to solve that problem and so much more.
Whether you're a dedicated knitter with bins of carefully curated merino, a crocheter with a growing collection of cotton blends, or a weaver building a fiber library, Skeinly gives you a beautiful, organized home for your entire stash.

Skeinly was designed with real fiber artists in mind. We understand that yarn isn't just material; it's inspiration, potential, and sometimes a little bit of an obsession. Our goal is to make managing your stash as enjoyable as building it.
The app works on any device: your phone, tablet, or computer. Use it at home to catalog your collection, or pull it up at the yarn store to check what you already have. With offline support, your stash data is always available, even without an internet connection.
Privacy First
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than giving you the best yarn management experience possible. You can export your entire stash as a CSV anytime. No lock-in, no tricks.
